- The entire property (known as CONTENT) comprises the main house and a seven (7) bay carriage house or garage of approximately 1.1 acres which includes approximately .5 acres zoned commercial, CSC.

- Content was built in three stages. Part of the south section nearest Church Street was built first, in 1787. The stair hall and the two-story front porch were added next, about 1800. The north section was added before 1844.
